如鷹展翅上騰

且看我如鷹將你們背在翅膀上,帶來歸我。(出:194
“How I carried you in eagle’s wings and brought you to myself.” (Exodus: 19:4)
他們必如鷹展翅上騰。(賽:4031
“They will sour on wings like eagles.”(Isaiah; 40:31)

Freely Freely-BSF-2-16-2011

Freely Freely

Some people say that they would lose a lot freedom if they become a Christian. Therefore, they do not want to be Christians. However, the bible says:

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” (Galatians 5:1)
I enjoy being with people, but, I am also influenced by peer pressure a lot.
Since becoming a Christian, I only need to think about whether God is pleased by my actions or not.
This really sets me free.

You are a good person to stand behind

1-16-2011
Part I
When I wait in line to check out, the lady behind me told me, “You are a good person to stand behind” I was confused as to why she said that.  Hmm … God is probably talking to me; “I am whom God loves and He is well pleased with me” through the lady.  (Recently I listened to CDs about how God pleases us a lot).  Then she told me “You have very little in  your shopping cart.” :)
Part II:
“This is my son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.” (Matthew 3:17)
This verse jumped up as I waited in line. After shopping, I studied lesson 20 of BSF, and this verse appears in the note.
God talks to us through His word.  How?
Recently I mediated God’s Word more, and it happened many more.  It feels so good to know that God is conversing with me.
